Natalie’s Story

Natalie has spent more than 25 years in accounting and over 15 years as a licensed CPA, working with companies of every size and stage. Through The Integrative CFO, she partnered with business owners to design pricing strategies, forecast cash flow, and build decision systems that turn overwhelm into clarity. What sets her apart is her ability to merge technical expertise with emotional intelligence - giving entrepreneurs not just the numbers, but the confidence to use them.

Darrell’s Story

Darrell brings more than 20 years of experience in education, teaching across grade levels and mentoring young adults as they navigated life after graduation. When he and Natalie looked for financial tools for their youngest children, they found that most programs started around age 11, focused only on worksheets, and ignored how kids feel about money. Drawing on his background in teaching and curriculum design, Darrell created Money & Change™ to fill that gap - building engaging, age-appropriate lessons that combine financial literacy with emotional intelligence.

Bringing It Together

Out of their two paths came two businesses: The Integrative CFO, focused on helping entrepreneurs lead with clarity and profit, and Money & Change™, designed to help families raise money-confident kids. Though they served different audiences, both carried the same mission - to make money make sense and build confidence in every decision.
